Our Advice: Own it…but stay humble.
Your friends, teammates, and coaches (randoms too) are gonna’ come up to you and say things like “Sick hat” or “That’s sick” or “Ew” or “Gross”.
Our Advice: Stay calm, nod and acknowledge, then say “Get Your Puck On”.
Then just walk away.
Everyone’s gonna’ want to bump knuckles with you. Especially at the rink.
Our Advice: Wash your hands regularly and apply ice to your knuckles (if needed).
